Have questions? We’ve got the answers!

1. What kind of properties do you offer?
We buy and sell affordable rural, vacant land suitable for various purposes. Our properties are perfect for building a home, creating a recreational space, or making a lifetime investment. Browse our listings for detailed information about our available properties.
Our properties are located in various rural areas across the United States. Each listing provides specific details about the location and closest town.
We do not search for land outside the areas we sell in. We would love to talk with you to see if something we already have in our inventory fits your needs. If that’s not the case, we’ll note what you’re looking for and call you if we find something that might be a good fit.

Yes, we encourage visits. If that is not possible, we will provide photos, details, and maps to help you learn more about the property. With our Perfect Land Promise you have 90 days from your down payment to visit. If it is not what you wanted, our first step is to help you find a better fit in our inventory, and if nothing we have suits you we refund your down payment and monthly payments minus fees.. Learn more on the Perfect Land Promise page.

The process of purchasing land with us is straightforward. Choose the property you want, make a down payment, and pay the document fee. That’s it! It’s simple, but we’ll still guide you through the entire process step-by-step.
No, a real estate agent is not needed to buy or sell vacant land. You can buy directly through us. If you prefer, we can use a title company to handle the closing, with fees covered by the buyer (you).

You call us. You tell us. We talk it through.

If you’re within your 90-day satisfaction period, our first step is to help you find a different parcel in our inventory. If nothing we have is right for you, we refund the down payment and monthly payments you have made, minus the document fee, note fee, and property taxes.

The only paperwork is a short early termination letter so we can close out the contract. We would rather you tell us early than feel stuck with land you do not love.

The Perfect Land Promise covers owner-financed purchases only and is void if a payment is missed or late.

Currently, we offer two payment options: cash purchase and owner financing. You can choose to pay for your property in full at the time of closing, and you’ll own it right away. You can also choose our Owner Financing options, which will allow you to make monthly payments.
Owner financing is when we directly finance the property purchase for you, allowing you to make monthly payments over time. This can be a flexible option for many buyers. Since Lifetime Land USA already provides the financing, there’s no need to go through a bank to get a loan. Plus, no application or credit check is required—you’re already approved.
Absolutely! We’d love to help you own multiple properties. Contact us to discuss your options and find out about any available incentives.
1. Who holds the deed while I am owner financing?
If you choose owner financing, the deed to the property remains in the name of Lifetime Land USA until you’ve paid off your loan in full. Once the loan is fully paid, we will transfer the deed to your name.
No, the property cannot be your permanent residence while the deed is still listed in Lifetime Land USA’s name. Once you’ve paid your loan in full, you can live on the property. You can also pay in full at the time of purchase at a discounted rate.

However, you cannot start building any permanent structures or clear trees on the property until you’ve paid your loan in full. After paying in full, you can use the land however you’d like. We conduct thorough title checks on all properties to ensure they have clear and marketable titles. We recommend performing your own due diligence as well.
